I was wondering about about buying another bike. A 3 wheeler actually for haulng wood and just an old beater. The problem is back last year i got into some trouble on a bike with cops and got busted for no insurance/regstration. So now I really need to have insuarnce on a bike. The trouble is like 99 percent of these older bikes have no regstation or title with them, just sold with a bill of sales. Woudl I be able to get it registered with only the bills of sales, so i can get the plates and insurance again providing the bike isn't stolen? Not really sure whats required in NL. Any input is appreciated.

you can get them registered without a bill of sales actually, if they runs the vin number and finds it have never been registered. If it is found out to be stolen ur in deep "edit for bad language". if it have been registered u may have to try and find the owner.
just give the goverment a e-mail or call and tell them the vin number, they will look it up and tell you what not.
