Just north of Moncton, I live on the Ammon road. Whats your name?
I'm Mike, bet we know each other.
And yeah, I've got about 150miles on this year. It was looking up before christmas, but this junk ruined everything everywheres.

You prob. don't know me, I'm from the miramichi. I moved here a couple of years ago. What end of the Ammon are you on?
This is the first year a had a sled since I moved down. Problem is I have nowhere to put it close to home. Guess I should have thought it throuigh a bit better!
Just wondering what the trails are like in this area. I heard they're not well looked after, but I could have been misled.

I live on the Irishtown end of the Ammon Road. 5 houses from the flashing lights toward Magnetic Hill.
You have been misled on the trails, as long as you stay out of Memeramcook and Dieppe areas your good to go. Those clubs share the trails with 4-wheelers, and ruts are no fun. I'm a member of the Moncton-ST-Anthony snowmobile club.......one of the best in the province for grooming. Hope to see you on the trails.

I'm here too...just haven't been on this site since last winter. Hubby and I are in the Jemseg/Cambridge-Narrows area. We do most of our sledding up around Serpentine/Mt. Carlton. In fact, we went up on Thursday and came home Sunday...trails were in good shape up there!

Dean from Shediac Cape........Not much riding this year (approx 600 Miles). My buddy and and I try to get out every weekend and just head in a different direction. Tough around here as a lot of the trails are shared with the ATV's (Shediac, Cap-Pele and Memramcook). We mostly head north or into Moncton and over to Riverview side. When the bay and rivers are frozen I can leave right from my house.
Anyone looking to get out, let us know!

The wife tells me it was all white at home last night too. ( I'm away at work) If you're up in the Bathurst area and need a riding partner; send a shout. I don't need much excuse for going out for a ride; 5000km in 5 weeks last winter.

Hey fellas. Good to see some NBers on the site. I'm from F'ton, but now live just past Welsford towards Saint John. Ride alot up in Surpentine, Perth and Mactaquac Nackawic areas. Have a lot of buddies who go up for weekends for some awesome riding. Anyone here is welcome to come. We usually keep in touch and organize our winter fun on our dual sport club site..... nbdsc.ca. I'll keep more vigilant on this thread aswell for some rides. Brother actually wants to ride around the province this winter.

Over 700 km's and counting. I leave from home (Robertville, just outside of Bathurst) everyday and ride the local trails. Could use a bit more snow but it's still excellent early winter sledding.
