Rode Woodford today - RT 7 is wide open all the way to Jinks..All groomed and in nice shape. Alot of the surrrounding trails are yet to be groomed, but we put over 100 miles on the sleds between 10:00 and 2:30 so all an all a nice day - only passed 10 or so sleds, the groomers were in operation throughout the day so keep an eye out for them. Just a few open waterbars up near Jinks.. but nothing major. Overall a great day - Mid January conditions in December!! Enjoy Jeff

My wife and I put on 52 miles in Woodford today (12/26 10:30AM to 12:30PM) – we left the parking lot at the top of Route 9 in Woodford and ran north about 25 miles on 7N heading for Jenks but turned around. Most of the trail was branches, stones, rocks and water bars. There were a couple of areas that were very nice where you could hold the throttle open a little. We did have to pull two sleds out of water bars that were over a foot deep and 4 feet across. I would say that the conditions were ‘spring like’ but I should not complain as we did get to ride. I asked Santa for more snow for Christmas but nothing yet…
