steel town
I have just joined doo talk and not quite sure if it's ok to post his but...
I work at bow cycle in calgary, I see that on other forums they have this kind of thread, so here it goes.

Todd and I (Lucas) will be going up to Quarts creek on Sunday Nov 23rd, if there any Doo talkers in the area looking to go riding but cant round up their usual crew, we will try to meet in the parking lot @ 10, and blast up the trail and have a good ol afternoon sleddin. We are going to take the day to break in our new summits and just basically have fun.
See all that are interested up there.
if there are any interested parties you are more than welcome to check out our new summits on the hill, perhaps you'll even want to buy one biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

We'll be riding lots by then. I'm in Airdrie, and ride a lot of golden/revy. last year quartz was great by nov 15th....just had to watch the landmines. you may get more response on mountain forums as mentioned above, as this AB forum is pretty hidden to most.
I'm also doing mtn clutch tuning/kit installs for guys with XP's here in airdrie, if you guys are at the new Bow cycle and want to try a mtn tuned stock XP you'll have to hook up with us.....it really is almost scary what a set up properly sled can do compared to a dealer stock machine. Although I'm technically your competition, but also one of your high consuming customers, as early riding usually comes at a price to a few.

I have changed my account name b/c, I have forgotten my password etc.
I work at the South location, with Kirsty. Drop by anytime to talk sleds....... We are just in the process of choosing mods for our demo's.
I gonna run a dj clutch kit, do the thermostat mod, mbrp can, Renthal mx bars, 06 heated grips, and a hot pot........
I'm only hung up on a 46 or 54 ? I have had a 08 and 09 154 x, but after riding a 46 for a bit last year it was just so much fun.

i was there yesterday to pick up some oil/grease and a tool i ordered, kirsten helped me out. those bars are quite nice. i run a 163 and rode a buddies 146 last year a bit, it really was a hoot, donuts on a dime and sliding it everywhere. lots of fun, plus better for jumping. i'm going to try the 154 next time when the new 800 engine is released.
