Weather network says only like 1-3 cm over the next couple of days.
But there is a "severe winter storm watch".... what kind of severe winter storm only has 3cm?

Anyway, a buddy came into work and said that the news was saying up to 20cm of snow by tomorow.... anyone know what we are actually supposed to be getting? lol
