If I buy a 2009 Doo, which dealer should I buy from?

My choices are LAD, Rene's, or Enns Brother's. I am leaning towards LAD since that is who I bought my 03 REV from.

I am going to recommend Action power products in Brandon. I bought my 07 last January from them, 1200 cheaper than Rene's or Enns. It was worth the trip!! I have used Enns for the service, and I am happy with them.

LAD! Lawrence has always been top notch for service & advice. Good old fashion service! Enns has lots to choose from but not as personal a Pricey but reasonable work. Rene's....good supply of parts, haven't had service done .... don't get that personal touch feeling. My 2c's.

Thanks guys.

I asked the same question on HCS and I think I will stick with LAD if I get a new Doo.

Action power sports in brandon is the place
good price and better service

Lawrence in Selkirk is the only place I buy sled stuff from. You won't find his brand of honest service anywhere else. If you want somebody to give you the straight "edit for bad language", he's the man.

How so ??

LAD does not do any crank rebuilding at all, they send everything out (unless they just started, which I doubt)....usually a straight BRP exchange, you should explain a little more before throwing comments like that out, and knowing them they would make things right if they did something to cause damage.

BTW Machs don't need any help eating cranks (old 800's, new 1000's doesn't matter) they do it just fine on their own.

GIMLI or LAD for me.....been sledding & racing for 25 years.

it was a 670 ho , and they droped my engine , and said they didn't , and i also race . the crank was checked before it went to them . it was out so bad when i got it back , my engine builder put it back to stock stroke ,

I bought mine from AG's in Steinbach. Too bad they closed as they were the best. I equally like LAD though and that is where I go now. Although mostly for parts as I do most of my own work. I'd likely buy from them first as long as there price is inline or not far off from Enns or Gimli.

Gimli had a price $1500 lower than anyone else last year. They are also great to deal with. Their service has been excellent, and I'm a picky SOB.
A nice change of pace from Winnipeg Sport & Leisure I might add...

Have heard three bad stories from action and only good from gimli.
Ditchdooer
action power charges a lot for everything, stuff that most guys would just not worry about
