the lake is not frozen over. Maybe a couple hundred yards from shore but no way was is it froze. The southern teer is getting lake effect tonight. Cant get lake effect with a frozen lake. I hope they get pounded!!! think snow!!
Even the Kinzua Dam isnt frozen over. I hope it doesnt freeze, we need the lake effect snows.
We were at the lake in Dunkirk, NY on Thursday and it wasnt froze over. Somebody dont know what they are talking about.
