if you unload at woodford...head south
i headed north, and the trails are really hammered, all the way up to jenks
just north of the straton/arlinton road, there are a couple of bad waterbars, be careful
i turned around and headed south to hariman res, and the trails were mint
i talked to norm from the snobusters, he said they would be out fri night

Rode today in woodford. Trails were good considering the weather of late. A few water bars but nothing impassible Received about 3" today. I could not believe it as I watched two guys go across the Somersett Reservoir today in a white out. Looks like maybe some snow/sleet this weekend and into early next week with colder temps. There is a great base so it should only get better.

rode woodford thurs fri sat
and the snowbusters did NOT groom weds or thurs, trails were not good on thurs
and horrible on fri
they groomed fri night, but it was too late by then
and the trial were already trashed, by 10 this morning
unless the groomers were all broke, there is no reason they shouldn't have been out grooming thurs
the conditions were perfect for grooming....below zero temps, tons of snow and low traffic...and whooped up trails
NOT GOOD
next week is not going to be good with 50 degree temps

Departed from A-Z and headed north today and was able to get 100 miles in. It gets thin from gravel pit to jenk's on 7N. Groomers were going out tonight so should be OK tomorrow in woodford area just beware of water bars and thin spots. All Roads were pretty good with plenty of snow. We did get 6" of heavy wet snow over the last few days so with colder temps forcast all of this week it should set up nicely. There is a great base on most trails even after the warm up. The SnoBusters were smart keeping the trails closed until today.
