I am new to 'dootalk (HCS member) and have been reading the posts in the xp forum as I just bought a 800r renegade (supposed to be in this week). Some good information on that forum and I thought I would see what was going on in the NB section as there is snow up north and some people have been out.

Any other nb riders out there? Have you been out? and where are you from?

I have seen some of your posts on 1 of the sites . It is a good pastime to read these forums waiting for snow.
It is fun to read some, but is full of BS for sure when it comes to brands. I am usually out when the first snow hits the Holtville area with a few friends.
We may journey to Edmundston - Quebec area next week for a run. A lot of different sleds in our group and welcome everyone and anyone to come. I have a 2003 Mach refreshed and ready to go,2007 Mach for the long haul and a 08 MXZX for my other cravings.

I am from the Fredericton area, but do all my snowmobiling where the conditions are good,either up north,Quebec or towards Moncton area. Good to meet people form different areas. good luck with the new machine.

I run with all kinds as well and also go where the snow is. plannig a trip to Quebec in Jan and maybe feb also. I am still waiting for the xp but it should only be a few days. I ordered some accessories from the dealer, and some from the US (just can't beat the pricing).

I hope to get up north (NB) before xmas.

I had to go to HiTech in Moncton for some accessories , awsome store (they gave me US pricing).Seem like great people.Our dealer closed in Fredericton, something to do with the Honda dealership.

HiTech is a nice store, but I couldn't get anywhere with them and they never even brought up the BRP fall promotion pricing. Sometimes it isn't the store but the salesman. Glad it worked out for you.

The Power Store in Saint John. What about you? I was looking pretty hard at the US due to the low pricing, but quite a hassle and the risk of not having a warrentee was not worth it IMO. Hope to see you on the trails. Are you really evil? LOL.

I just brought home the renegade. I have to bring it back in on mon or tues for shock upgrade and studs, but had to give t it a try this weekend. Have you been out yet?

no not yet still have a few things to do to the sleds ie; servicing and cleaning and polishing still a lot of plowed roads i can wait a little bit

was out today from hammondvale. had a blast. a few plowed areas, but not bad. riding the new sled on ungroomed conditions really showed how it shines in the bumps. awesome. going again tomorrow.

Welcome to the site. I am from Moncton. Should get out soon. The dealers are only as good as their staff. It all depends on the moods they are in.It has been a rough couple of years for dealers in General. The early snow should put a smile on their faces.

Hi there! Have been out a couple of time up here in Campbellton area. Groomer has done a pass on a 5 mile stretch of trail but should be out in full force this weekend I am told. We have a good base of snow and are expecting some more this week. Sled 2007 renegade 800 working great.

Miramichi is wide open lots of snow , havent been out yet but it looks great .

There is next to no one from Nova Scotia here, I'm from Halifax, how are the conditions in bathurst, some of my buddies went today, Its speaks for not so good weather,
they are taking there wifes so.....

SHEPODY IN SOUTH EASTERN N.B. IS REALLY GOOD DON'T KNOW AFTER THIS RAIN BUT WE HAVE A BLAST THERE. WATCH OUT FOR 90DEG. TURNS IN THE PARK. MY BUDDY CRASHED HIS MACH COULDN'T MAKE THE TURN IT IS AT THE END OF A LONG UPHILL STRETCH. ADAIRS IS A GREAT PLACE TO EAT AND FUEL UP.

Bathurst is ok, come up here to Campbellton, we have at least twice as much as them.

I am from Grand Falls<we are leaving for Fredericton on Saturday morning .Don't know if we will be able to make it to the test ride.But we will be going right by there.
