The pics say it all - I took a bunch today. All lights work. Trailer tows fine, has no holes or major damage to the shell, and comes with a jack, spare, guides and mats.
There's some denting in the shell, from random golf balls and whatnot. Nothing major. In the rear corner it's the worst - see pic. The handle broke off of the front door last year so I just wrapped a bungee and an old pull start handle around it - it still opens and closes fine. Deck is in good shape. Tires are in good shape. It's a well made trailer: Full frame around the perimeter, wishbone frame up front, bigger tires, nice tie down bars with large diameter cranks.
The bad:
The axle is quite rusty, and the mounts between the axle and trailer frame are getting bad. At least these mounts should be replaced and possibly the axle too. There's a crack in the trailer frame above one of the rustly mounts. See pics for details:
