Thinking about making a week end of it. Anybody going to be in the area?

I was there last week-end and the Trails were dirt, so unsless they get a lot more snow this week I wouldn't waste the trip. If you go please report on the conditions. Thanks Rich

Rode the Blue Bear to Starvation Lake and also the Fredric loop yesterday. Alot of the Blue Bear had adequate snow but there were some thin areas. The Fredric loop was very poor with lots of dirt. Actually jumped off the Fredric onto a single track gas line trail that was great. Both trails were ungroomed and rough. I think the BB could have been groomed to knock down the bumps but I don't think it had been since at least last weekend. We saw the groomer on trail 124 from Gay to Phoenix in the UP on less snow than the BB.

I live like 10 miles south on 131 and there is snow its just you need to know where to ride. we dont even hit the trails ( dirt) and we do the best riding around thats barely touched. But i saw the trail on monday and it was alright and nicely groomed but will be murdered by the weekend. so my 2 cents are dont ride on the trail unless you have to and there is awesome riding. maybe get a hold of me and i will take you riding one day
