Where in the states are you located and what kind of duty would a guy have to pay to get that to canada?
I am in south eastern lower Mi.
I really dont know what kind of duty would have to be paid.
I actually thought if it were made in the US or Canada there was no duty,Free trade agreement!
If interested I do go to Michigan's U.P. S.S.Marie
Here is some direction for you to bring it in to CANADA:
First must have correct title for the trailer and proper receipt for value of trailer

2500 (taxe purposes)
Once at border you will declare purchase they will do a RIV registrar of Imported Vehicles Fee 209 canadian, just paperwork.....then you will pay your governments 8% tax on the total value of the trailer as per the receipt(thats why you write for a little less than what paid for).
Thats it you can drive home however RIV will send you forms in the mail to get the trailer inspected to meen CSA standards the go get youre plates after that.
Seems like alot but in all reality its very simple done it at least 10 times.
HOPE THIS HELPS BOYS,
Ryan
