Here you go:
Here's one of how the rail extension match up. They fit real good.

Here they are finished up. The black sled has a mountain/renegade rack on too, just not yet when the pic was taken. ( I posted this thread to show pics for several members who wanted to see what the tracks usa final finish looked like. Enjoy!)

Sweet looking tunnel / track extensions. Could you list all of the parts you bought for the conversion?
Some of us would be interested in dooing exactly the same project!!! Thanks!!!

i did the exact same thing to mine earlier. tracksusa provided tunnel, rail extensions, and the track (136 15 1.25 ripsaw) for $574US. i bought 4 stainless bolts and nyloc nuts ($5) from the hardware store. everything else was included. i did have to do a little bit of grinding on the rail extensions to get them to fit perfectly. it went very smooth and id do it again.

Parts? Let's see:
Tracks USA Tunnel extension. Comes with all mounting hardware.
Tracks USA rail extensions. Comes with all mounting hardware.
2 sets of 136" hyfax from doo dealer.
2 sets of renegade tunnel covers
2 renegade/mountain rack/tail lights
Changed top gear from 22 to 21.
2 136x 16 x 1.25 ripsaw tracks. New take offs.
After I sold my stock tracks for $200 each I had a total of about $500 in each sled. Well worth it.
Word of caution though, I didn't stud the tracks yet, and that was a mistake. Because the tracks are longer they will be loose on hard packed trails. Will be studding them shortly.

I am interested in doing the same thing with my 2005 MXZ 500SS Adrenaline and talked to Track USA. They suggested package #3 on their website. I heard the ripsaw doesn't perform that well in powder. Thet suggested their Cobra track. Any comments?

The ripsaw is a compromise track. Best on trail, but if you get off trail it's better than stock, but not a "powder" track. When it comes time to replace the track I may go with a different model.
