Where to buy rave valves/ carb boots new or used

I have a 99 mxz 670 ho, I was told the best upgrade for this sled was short carb boots and the 301 rave valves. Where can you purchase these at? are they items that should be purchased new? How big of a difference will these upgrades make? I already have a dyno port can, are there any other upgrades you would suggest?

shorty boots off early 670 mach1 and 501 not 301. many cut the stock rv to acheive the same timing. rotary valve not rave valve.

what does this do? I have a 670 that and a bunch of stuff done to it and it hasnt run just right sence we got it so if they did this and didnt adjust the timing it would probably run just like it is.
