Not a bad price for a hold over. He could go lower. My buddy just got a hold over etec from the dealer where I live for 8400 out the door.

I paid $8300.00 for the 4-tec renegade 09 leftover. I was very happy with that. That was with the 3 year engine warranty. Picked it up a couple weeks ago.

You should search for those in the classifieds, lots of em over the last 6-8 months. I sold my '06 gade 600SDI a month or two ago for $3800, lots of accessories, 7200 miles.
My buddy just sold his bone stock '06 gade 600SDI X model with 1500 miles for $4500. Sold it about a week maybe 2 weeks ago also here in mid-Michigan.

BTW, $9250 OTD for '09 gade 1200, they included a full service on wifes '06. Don't know what that was worth, $200?
Dealer gave me 20% off list any part or accessory as well. I loaded up big time on extras.
I knowingly paid more because he is .5 miles from the cabin, hopefully that will help when I really need service or warranty work. (Something to think about when shopping price)
