Call me a hater but, snowmobiling on the highway is only cool if there is enough snow to be on the road, NOT the shoulder. I think I saw sparks from the carbides as well.

I know, I know, I should just keep it to myself but really, its a couple minutes of riding the shoulder of a road.

A couple of minutes poorly invested.

Weak. We rode in the April blizzard we got last year. We HAD to ride on the rode that night because could barely see the ground in front of us, let alone make out where we were going in a field. Our headlights and there was a good 8 inches on the road, untouched by plow. This was on a road that's normally plowed so they must have been concentrating hard on the highway. Man was that a wild night.

18" fell that night, not that 24 hours, that night. Blizzard started at about 8 and didn't let up till next morning.

Unfortunately no. I got pics of the sled next day in my parents driveway but can't tell. I bought the 600 that night at 8pm. I was doing paper work and running around to get vehicle and trailer, and to the bank. Then brought it up, jumped right on it and rode till midnight-1am so never had time to get pics of it all. Next morning was spent clearing the 3 foot drifts we had going on all over, NOTHING was open next day unless people that worked somewhere lived 5 minutes away. I got to my parents house on it that mid day, and he said there was drifts almost as tall as him in front of the garage doors (he's 6'3"), and couldn't drive the plow truck out. Spent 4 hours snowmobiling. Was insane.

Since it was April, Lake Superior was warming up. A cold front came rolling across the warm lake so all hell broke loose when it came over land.
