I just bought a 2011 freeride and it just had the piston update done to it. it seems like it has 10x more compression than my 08 summit, and it doesnt start first pull, it took me over 8 pulls to start it today? is something wrong with it???

The best thing is to bring it back and let them trouble shoot it. If you start to play around with it, they might blame you for it. The good news is that you are not loosing any sledding time. I would touch base with them and see if they want you to bring it in now, or most likely in the fall. It is probably something stupid.
