Ditto that... it's only $20... heck to knock one out yourself on a lathe would take 1/2hr - 45min minimum from start to finish for a single piece... then you need a trip to the hardware store for a bolt...
... would cost me more than $20 worth of my time to monkey with it... PM Eddie.

QUOTE (drunkenrich @ Oct 31 2009, 09:49 AM) what does floating the secondary do? It helps when you sink your sled, at least you can find your clutch! JK! It helps to keep the clutches cooler, and maintain alignment. Which in turn will help with the belt dust.

Doing what's right, even when nobody is watching.
Sled list: Mine-03 600 HO turned into a 05 700HO. Tunnel from "Snowpromod" to get rid of the beaver tail, get the long cooler, and more clearance with the chain case. Swapped the SC 10 111 to the SC 4, with the X package center, and C46 rear. The 700 is a work in progress, can't wait! Hers-04 500ss trail. It's the sled that got us started on Doo. Sons-05 500ss trail. Great next sled after a Cat Z 370. Should last him until he can buy his own!

QUOTE (celina2464 @ Oct 31 2009, 03:11 PM) I plan on it!!! Why is me asking for this any different than asking for a clutch setup or even jetting for a carb etc. etc.? Someone else on here done their homework on these items and I see posts daily regaurding such. NO DIFFERENT!!!!! If thats the case.......what's the use of this site. Im on here to help people out and give my opinions and personal experiences to "maybe solve someone elses problem". And for your information I can afford $20 bucks. I would just rather spend it on things I can't make or do for myself. Besides making a spacer to allow the clutch to move a little is not rocket science. It's just a spacer. Come on guys, he's not stealing the plans or anything! He just asked a question!!

He's not asking for the measurements so he can mass produce his own and sell them, just for his personal sled.
I'm sure its not just saving some money, but the satisfaction of making one yourself.
There are alot of specialty tools and parts I could buy and save hassle, but I like the feeling of satisfaction when I make something that works
JMO
Also, celina, what youll probably have to do is just like a guess and check with the spacers. You're going to want about 1/4" of side to side play, (approx.)
So, add and remove spacers to make sure you've got something close to that.

When you turn on your sled...does it return the favor?
