What don't I like?? It's not a 2500HD with a Duramax laugh.gif The little half ton 5.3 HATES my 30' 6 place sled trailer. It'll rally into 2nd gear on the highway occasionally....but it's still kicking along with 210K miles.

2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 z71 extended cab, just got it a few months ago. No complaints so far, just rolled over 3,000 miles. The 5.3L has a lot more power than the truck it replaced. I had an '03 Dodge ram 1500 Quad Cab with the 4.7L, traded it when it had 122k miles. If I could change 1 thing I probably would get a Crew Cab again like the Dodge was. I don't need the extra room everyday, but I had gotten used to having it.

Have you checked into custom tunes for your truck? I have a GRYPHON programer and get 19MPG highway with 33.5" tires on mine and cruise set at 70.

Well I cant tow too much with the honda civic, but the old ford is the winter rat. Its an 01 in pretty good shape and tows the 2 sled trailer like nothings there. And we did have a jeep until my sisters perfect boyfriend totaled it a few days ago. The straight six towed the horse trailer (sway bars helped a lot)

Half toy - Half toy hauler

Half Jeep - Half Mercedes

Love the little 3.0 Diesel. Towed my 4000lbs boat/trailer all over the place in the summer and I'm sure it'll tow a pair of sleds with a 2 place trailer just fine up snowy roads smile.gif

what kind of mileage do you get out of that? My girlfriend really wants one, but they are kinda pricey.
