Risers are CNC machined from 6061 T-6 aluminum billet.
5/16-18 stainless allen cap screws hold on the end caps with nearly 3/4" of thread engagement for a very secure bar clamping arrangement.
Risers are 3/4" thick and 1 1/4" wide at the narrowest point. These are some of the strongest risers on the market today.
Easily polished to a mirror finish.
A special knurled and powder coated adapter tube will be required for machines without a 'T-bar' style steering post.

Jet Kits for MXZ 800 HO Power T.E.K. PRICE $39.95 USD Shipped
Jet Kits for 03-07 SKIDOO Rev MXZ 800 HO and MXZ 800 HO Power T.E.K.
machines.
These Jet kits will stop the awful back firing, high idles, mid range lean
conditions causing detonation (rattling the y-pipe bolts out) , and leaning
out on top end causing engine failures.
Ski-doo does not calibrate the 800 HO Series III motors for proper fuel
mixture. The lean pilot jets and lean mid range (part throttle) for MPG
caused by the tapered needle and aggressive ignition curve. It is this
condition that causes detonation (pinging) and rattles the Y-Pipe bolts out
and cracks the Y-Pipe.
Re-calibration of the carburetor jetting for all 800 HO and Power T.E.K. is
required for reliability.

Custom windshield for 2008 Ski-Doo XPX or TNT models. Available in solid black - custom colors by request. I have been riding and working on Ski-Doo machines for over 20 years. I originally designed this windshield for my own sled because I wasn't crazy about the stock windshield. The windshield will fit low base only and is 4" higher than stock.

QRS Shim Package
In testing, this kit has shown to reduce belt temps up to 70*f, increase
belt life and provide more consistent RPM's. Between my personal sled
and the 3 different test sleds have shown zero belt wear with a total
test mileage of 3450. Test sleds where a 08 TNT, 08 MXZ-X800R, 08 Summit
800R run @ 1000 – 10000 ft elevations, aggressive trail riding as well
as mile after mile of WFO powder riding.
The QRS shim package consists of 5 bearing shims and 3 spacers to
support the inner race of the upper chain case bearing. With this
package you will be able to shim the secondary 2-5mm and have the proper
spacers to support the upper chain case bearing and prevent any oil loss
through the upper seal as well as bearing failure due to unnecessary
side load.
Simple 20 minute install.

- Standard dimensions are for the Rev Renegade and are: Rear bar to the front of the mount plate 21 inches, Width is 17 inches, comes in 2 heights low profile (bar center is 3.5 inches above tunnel) and a higher profile (bar center is 4.5 inches above tunnel)
- Plate can be added for mounting an LED light as shown below.
- Box can be prepped for a standard 6 inch oval light, you can pick a replacement up at any truck stop.
- Can be Modified for a 121 inch sled all the way to a 163 summit with minor modifications.
- Does not come with an LED light! I can help you in locating a few and it can be customized for one that you pick.
